Ready for a new challenge? Want to take your 5K training to the next level? Join us in striving to hit your 5K PB (Personal Best)! Our No Boundaries 5K II Training Program is designed for current 5K and No Boundaries runners who want to accept this challenge! Runners will train for a 5K race, but this time, learn to run proper pace and with proper form all while working to cross the finish line faster and increasing their knowledge (and love!) of running.
