For the half marathon veteran who is looking to improve their race times or reach a new PR, our Half Marathon Training - Speed group is the place to train for the FAXON LAW FAIRFIELD HALF MARATHON on June 25, 2017 (or any other summer half marathon)!

If you are currently running at a 9:30min/mile pace or faster and want to cross the finish line with a new Personal Best in 2017 the Fleet Feet Sports Half Marathon SPEED Training Group is the place for you! The Fleet Feet Sports team features expert coaching, experienced pacers and mentors, coached workouts, and dedicated long run course support. In addition, our training offers information clinics on such topics as nutrition, hydration, gear, injury prevention, and proper stretching techniques to answer all of your training and racing questions. To participate in the SPEED training program, you should be comfortable running 5 miles at a 9:30 min/mile pace or faster.


Informational sessions: Thursday, March 30, 2017 at 6:00 p.m AND Saturday, April 1, 2017 at 10:00 a.m

Where: Fleet Feet Sports Stamford, 168 Bedford Street, Stamford, CT.

Program Schedule: Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. and Saturdays at 8:00 a.m.

Program Fee: $130 (excluding race fee)
