For the half marathon veteran who is looking to improve their race times or reach a new PR, our Half Marathon Training - Speed group is the place to train for the Savin Rock Half Marathon, or any other winter half marathon! If you are currently running at a 9:30min/mile pace, then this is the group for you. The Fleet Feet Sports team features expert coaching, experienced pacers and mentors, coached workouts, and dedicated long run course support. In addition, our training offers information clinics on such topics as nutrition, hydration, gear, injury prevention, and proper stretching techniques to answer all of your training and racing questions.
To participate in this program, you should be able to run 5 miles at a 9:30 min/mile pace or faster.
