Ready for a new challenge? Want to take your 5K training to the next level? Join us in striving to hit your 5K PB (Personal Best)! Fleet Feet Sports Stamford's No Boundaries 5K II Training program is designed for current 5K and No Boundaries runners who want to accept this challenge! Runners will train for a 5K race, but this time, learn to run proper pace and with proper form all while working to cross the finish line faster and increasing their knowledge (and love!) of running.
This program is designed for graduates of No Boundaries and those who can already run three miles either without stopping or with limited walk breaks, averaging a 12 minute mile or less. You do not have to be a No Boundaries graduate to join No Boundaries II!
Info Sessions: Tuesday, September 6th at 6:30 p.m & Saturday, September 10th at 8:00 a.m
This program will get you to the starting line feeling confident, strong, and proud of everything you have accomplished over the 11 weeks.
