No Boundaries 5K - Spring 2017 More Info »

Program Start: Saturday, March 4th
Program Schedule: Tuesday's at 6:30 p.m. and Saturday's at 8:00 a.m.
Goal Race: Hope in Motion 5K and 10K on Sunday, June 4th
Program Fee: $100; Excludes Race Entry
Description: Our NO BOUNDARIES BEGINNER 5K TRAINING PROGRAM will get you from your couch to the finish line of a 5K. All levels of walkers and runners are welcome. Our dedicated coaches will be there with you every step of the way, regardless of your pace!

No Boundaries 5K II - Spring 2017 More Info »

Program Start: Saturday, March 4th
Program Schedule: Tuesday's at 6:30 p.m. and Saturday's at 8:00 a.m.
Goal Race: Hope in Motion 5K and 10K on Sunday, June 4th
Program Fee: $100; Excludes Race Entry
Description: For the seasoned 5K runner looking to improve their pace, form, and reach a personal best, No Boundaries II is the perfect place to train! No Boundaries II also features a walking group that aims to cover 3-5 miles per workout.

Half Marathon - Distance - SPRING 2017 More Info »

Program Start: Thursday, April 6, 2017
Program Schedule: Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. and Saturdays at 8:00 a.m.
Goal Race: Faxon Law Fairfield Half Marathon
Program Fee: $130 excluding race fee
Description: For the 5K and 10K veteran looking to cross the finish line of their first half marathon, or the half marathoner who wants to improve their stamina and strategy and finish their next half marathon feeling stronger and more confident than their last. The Half Marathon Training Distance group is the place to train for the FAXON LAW FAIRFIELD HALF MARATHON on June 25, 2017, or any other summer half marathon! The Fleet Feet Sports team features expert coaching, experienced pacers and mentors, coached workouts, and dedicated long run course support. In addition, our training offers information clinics on such topics as nutrition, hydration, gear, injury prevention, and proper stretching techniques to answer all of your training and racing questions.

Half Marathon - Speed - SPRING 2017 More Info »

Program Start: Thursday April 6th
Program Schedule: Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. and Saturdays at 8:00 a.m.
Goal Race: Faxon Law Fairfield Half Marathon
Program Fee: $130 (excluding race fee)
Description: For the half marathon veteran who is looking to improve their race times or reach a new PR, our Half Marathon Training - Speed group is the place to train for the FAXON LAW FAIRFIELD HALF MARATHON on June 25, 2017, or any other summer half marathon! If you are currently running at a 9:30min/mile pace or faster and want to cross the finish line with a new Personal Best in 2017 the Fleet Feet Sports Half Marathon SPEED Training Group is the place for you! The Fleet Feet Sports team features expert coaching, experienced pacers and mentors, coached workouts, and dedicated long run course support. In addition, our training offers information clinics on such topics as nutrition, hydration, gear, injury prevention, and proper stretching techniques to answer all of your training and racing questions. NOTE: To participate in the SPEED training program, you should be comfortable running 5 miles at a 9:30 min/mile pace or faster.
